The Chalet is located on the Humber Valley Championship Golf Course (open May to Nov) and just 10 minutes drive away from Marble Mountain Ski Lodge which offers a varied level of skiing from late Dec to April. Cat skiing can be done on the outskirts of Cornerbrook (see the sea as you ski!) Just 5 minutes away is the Humber River which offers some of the best Salmon fishing in the World, not to mention the Trout!

Sailing & Kayaking on Deer Lake is peaceful. Wildlife surrounds the chalet but the Gros Morne National Park is 45 minutes drive away and a perfect chance to spot Black Bear, Moose, Caribou and various other critters.
